![]() Because I’ve noticed that as I’m getting older, my fitness is declining and I’m finding I’m out of breath a lot more often. And it’s not as though I want to lose weight or I want to grow some muscle, essentially, I just want to become fitter. I’m getting pretty serious about my goals. And this time is a little bit different because now I’m holding myself accountable by going to the personal trainer. This year, however, I have signed up with a personal trainer and I’m going once a week. I’d put on a couple of extra pounds and I had put together a plan on how I was going to get rid of those.
